Rates

Peak rates*

$175 per night mid December - mid February 
Public holiday rates* $150 per night  mid February - mid December
 all weekends which include a public holiday

Off peak rates*

$120 per night, or $700 per week mid February - mid December

* plus $20 per additional person per night when more than 4 people are staying

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Reservations: Reservations are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. If a booking is made 14 days before the commencement of the holiday then the reservation is not confirmed until 100% of the sum is paid.

Balance of payment: The full amount owing is due 14 days before the commencement of the holiday. If this payment is  not received then we reserve the right to cancel the rental.

Bond: A 50% bond may be requested to cover any potential damage or cleaning costs. If the property is left in a reasonable condition then this bond will be refunded in full. 

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the holiday will be fully reimbursed if another booking is obtained for these dates. If another booking cannot be made then deposits will be forfeit.

Changes to bookings: Changes can be made to bookings as long as the original dates can be rebooked. Changes are allowed at our sole discretion.

Holiday house capacity: The number of people occupying the property can be no more than 8 at any time. Breach of this condition could cause eviction and forfeiture of the bond.

Linen: Duvets and pillows are available, and if requested linen can be provided for an additional fee.

Pets: Absolutely no pets please.

Smoking: Our holiday home is strictly non-smoking.

Your responsibilities: It is your responsibility to maintain the holiday home in a clean, tidy, and safe manner. At the end of your holiday you are expected to leave the house in a manner suitable for the next tennants. You are responsible for any breakages or damage that may occur and your bond may be utilised to rectify this.

Complaints: If you are not entirely satisfied with the holiday home, please let us know immediately and we will try to resolve the matter.
