Changed at 111k. Slip was quite bad, instead, when accelrating in 3rd gear, will just rev up. So it was time to do something about it. Called around a few places, but a place in Onehunga, called Sterling Clutch and Brake Services was to go with. Popped in and had a chat with Alan, he says thats no problem to get an standard 3 piece kit in there, and it will take them just under a day to the job.

Service was great, i told them that when the transmisson is out then call me and update me on whats happening, that was done without any problems. The flywheel was machined as well. All that for 800 bucks. A drive around car was also given for the day, Happy customer and reccomend Sterling Clutch and Brake Services.

Update: 24/10/2004
Just recently noticed that my clutch wasn't feeling right. I asked for help at altimas.net and was told of Adjusting the Pedal Height, which i did try. That was fine for a week, it felt different, but it went back to its normal feeling. Untill today, i decided to bleed the clutch system. It took 25 minutes or so, and the result was excellent. The Biting Point had decrease by at least 40%, the clutch feel was much softer by 50% and smother gear changes. Its wonderful.
